> A Chennai-based product engineering studio that embeds with founders and funded startups to build software systems from zero to one. We combine storytelling rigour with systems thinking — we call this being a narrative systems studio.

## What We Do

Ember Tech is a contractor studio, not an agency. We embed directly with founding teams as their engineering arm — staying in the codebase, owning the architecture, and shipping production code. We don't hand off deliverables and disappear.

Our work spans full-stack product development, systems architecture, AI-assisted development infrastructure, and operational tooling.

- **Embedded Development** — We join your codebase as your engineering team. Weekly sprints, PR-based workflow. We own the architecture and ship production code alongside your team, or as the entire team.
- **Architecture Sprint** — A focused one-to-two week engagement to audit your stack, design the right architecture, and produce a technical roadmap your team can execute against.
- **AI Dev Infrastructure Setup** — We set up an AI-augmented development workflow for your team: automated pipelines, Claude Code integration, and a structured knowledge layer — the same system we use internally to ship faster than teams three times our size.
